Our doula services begin during pregnancy with prenatal visits where we discuss your birth preferences, concerns, and expectations. We provide educational resources, help you create a birth plan, and teach comfort techniques for labor. Our continuous labor support includes pain management strategies, positioning guidance, and emotional encouragement throughout active labor and delivery. Postpartum doulas offer practical support during your recovery, including newborn care guidance, feeding support, light household tasks, and emotional support during the adjustment period. We provide overnight care for exhausted new parents and can assist with sibling adjustment when adding to your family. Our childbirth education classes cover pregnancy, labor stages, pain management options, and newborn care basics. Lactation consulting services help establish successful breastfeeding through proper positioning, latch assessment, and troubleshooting common challenges. We also offer belly binding, meal preparation, and referrals to other maternal health professionals in the Austin area.

Your journey with us typically starts with a complimentary consultation where we discuss your needs, expectations, and match you with the right doula. During pregnancy, we'll meet 2-3 times to build our relationship, discuss your birth preferences, and practice comfort techniques. When labor begins, we're available by phone for early labor support and join you when active labor is established. We remain with you throughout labor and delivery, providing continuous support and advocacy. After birth, we stay for 1-2 hours to assist with initial breastfeeding and ensure you're comfortable. Postpartum support begins within days of delivery with regular visits scheduled based on your needs. We provide ongoing text and phone support between visits and can connect you with additional resources as your family grows.

We serve families throughout the Austin metropolitan area including Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, and Lakeway. Our doulas are familiar with all major hospitals and birth centers in the area. For clients in surrounding areas like San Marcos, Kyle, or Bastrop, we can arrange services with appropriate travel fees. Some of our team members are also willing to travel for special circumstances.
