Our core offerings cover Cal/OSHA compliance program development, environmental compliance consulting, hazardous materials management, and employee safety training. Our compliance audit services examine your current programs against applicable Cal/OSHA Title 8 standards, identifying gaps in written programs, training records, and physical workplace conditions. We prioritize findings by actual risk level and provide specific corrective guidance, not just a list of deficiencies. Our safety program development work includes Injury and Illness Prevention Programs, Hazard Communication programs, Emergency Action Plans, Lockout/Tagout programs, Confined Space programs, and Heat Illness Prevention plans. We build these from scratch or update outdated versions to current regulatory requirements. On the environmental side, we assist with hazardous waste management compliance under RCRA and California's more stringent state requirements, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plan development, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans for industrial facilities. Our training programs cover required Cal/OSHA topics including forklift safety, hazard communication, first aid and CPR, emergency response, and respiratory protection. We offer on-site group training as well as supervisor-level safety training designed to build internal compliance capacity over time.

We start every new client relationship with a discovery conversation, either by phone or on-site. We ask about your industry, facility size, the number of employees, what chemicals or hazardous materials are present, and what your current compliance programs look like. If you've had any recent Cal/OSHA inspections or violations, we want to know about those too. For compliance audits, we then schedule an on-site visit and conduct a structured walkthrough of your facility with your safety lead or operations manager. We review physical conditions, written programs, training records, chemical inventories, and any regulatory correspondence. We deliver a written audit report within two weeks that includes a gap analysis, a prioritized action list, and specific recommendations for each finding. For clients moving into program development, we usually begin that work in parallel with the audit so there's no gap between identifying problems and fixing them. Training engagements are scheduled based on your operational calendar. We work around shift schedules and can accommodate multiple sessions to cover all employees without disrupting production. After any engagement, we're available for questions and follow-up support.
