We then schedule an on-site campus walkthrough, typically done with the head of school or facilities director. We review physical conditions across all areas students and staff occupy, including classrooms, labs, kitchens, storage areas, playgrounds, and parking and drop-off zones. We also review your existing documentation. Within two weeks, we deliver a written assessment report covering both physical findings and program gaps, with recommendations organized by priority. We include sample language and templates where they're useful to speed up implementation. We offer a follow-up check-in after three months for most clients to see how implementation is going and answer questions that come up. Schools that want ongoing support can move into an annual retainer that includes a yearly audit cycle and ongoing document updates.
