Metro CPR Training has been Rowlett's trusted partner for workplace emergency preparedness since 2018. We specialize in comprehensive CPR, first aid, and AED training that meets OSHA requirements while building real-world skills your employees can use both at work and home. Our certified instructors bring healthcare and emergency services backgrounds to every class, ensuring training goes beyond basic certification to practical application. We understand that workplace emergencies require quick, confident responses—our programs build that confidence through hands-on practice and realistic scenarios.

Our workplace safety training covers American Heart Association CPR/AED certification, basic and wilderness first aid, and bloodborne pathogen awareness. We offer both individual and group classes, with on-site training available for businesses with 8 or more participants. Classes include hands-on practice with professional-grade manikins and AED trainers. Specialized programs include workplace violence de-escalation, emergency action plan development, and safety committee training. We also provide AED program consultation, helping businesses select appropriate equipment and establish maintenance protocols. Our instructors can customize scenarios based on your industry—from office environments to manufacturing facilities to outdoor work sites.

Getting started is simple—contact us to discuss your training needs and schedule preferences. We'll recommend appropriate certification levels based on your industry and OSHA requirements. For on-site training, we'll visit your facility beforehand to plan logistics and customize scenarios to your work environment. Training days are interactive and engaging, combining instruction with plenty of hands-on practice. Every participant receives certification cards upon successful completion. We also provide digital records for your HR files and send renewal reminders before certifications expire.

We primarily serve Rowlett, Garland, Sachse, Murphy, Wylie, and surrounding northeastern Dallas County communities. For larger groups or specialized training needs, we'll travel throughout the DFW metroplex. Our central Rowlett location makes us easily accessible for individual classes.
