Perennial Safety has been Greenville's go-to safety training provider since 2015, specializing in life-saving CPR and first aid instruction for businesses of all sizes. We've trained over 5,000 employees across the Upstate, helping companies meet OSHA requirements while building confidence in emergency response capabilities. Our American Heart Association certified instructors bring real-world emergency medical experience to every class. What makes us different is our focus on practical, hands-on training that sticks. Our core services center on American Heart Association certified CPR and first aid training programs designed for workplace environments. We offer Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare workers, Heartsaver CPR/AED for general employees, and comprehensive first aid courses that cover workplace injuries, medical emergencies, and environmental hazards. Workplace safety training extends beyond CPR to include bloodborne pathogen awareness, emergency action planning, and automated external defibrillator (AED) programs. We provide on-site training at your facility or host classes at our Greenville training center. Group sizes range from intimate 6-person sessions to large presentations for up to 50 participants. We also offer safety program consultation focusing on emergency preparedness, first aid supply management, and OSHA compliance for medical emergency response. Our instructors can help develop workplace emergency response plans and train designated first aid responders according to OSHA standards for your industry.

Getting started is simple - call or email to discuss your training needs and schedule preferences. We'll determine which courses best meet your requirements and whether on-site or off-site training works better for your team. Most clients prefer on-site training for convenience and cost-effectiveness. Before training day, we'll send you a list of what participants need to know and any pre-course materials. Our instructors arrive with all equipment including mannequins, AEDs, and practice supplies. Classes combine brief instruction periods with extensive hands-on practice to ensure skill retention. After completing training, participants receive official AHA certification cards valid for two years. We maintain training records and send renewal reminders 60 days before expiration. Many clients schedule annual refresher training even though certification lasts two years.

We serve the greater Greenville area including Spartanburg, Anderson, and Pickens counties. Our primary coverage area extends 40 miles from downtown Greenville, covering major business corridors along I-85 and I-385. For on-site training, we travel throughout the western Upstate region without additional charges for groups of 8 or more. Smaller groups or locations beyond our standard area may incur modest travel fees. We also welcome clients to attend classes at our Greenville training facility located near Haywood Mall.
