What started as a CPR training company has evolved into a comprehensive safety consulting firm serving businesses across the metro area. Our certified instructors and safety professionals understand that proper training saves lives and protects businesses from liability. We've trained thousands of employees at companies ranging from small offices to large manufacturing facilities. Our hands-on approach ensures your team doesn't just get certified - they gain real skills they can use in emergencies. We combine required compliance training with practical emergency response techniques that actually work when seconds count.

Our workplace safety services include OSHA compliance audits, hazard identification, and safety program development tailored to your industry. We conduct thorough assessments of electrical systems, machine guarding, chemical storage, and ergonomic risks. Our team develops written safety programs that meet regulatory requirements while being practical for daily operations. CPR and first aid training programs are available for individual certification or group classes at your facility. We offer American Heart Association and Red Cross certifications, including CPR/AED, Basic Life Support for healthcare workers, and wilderness first aid. Our instructors make training engaging with real-world scenarios and hands-on practice. Emergency preparedness services include developing emergency action plans, conducting evacuation drills, and establishing incident command systems. We also provide fire safety training, including fire extinguisher use, evacuation procedures, and fire prevention strategies. We start with a consultation call to understand your specific training needs and safety concerns. For new clients, we typically recommend beginning with a basic safety assessment to identify priority areas before developing training programs. Our on-site evaluations include facility walkthroughs, employee interviews, and review of existing safety documentation. We then create a customized training schedule that minimizes disruption to your operations. Most certification courses can be completed in 4-8 hours, often broken into shorter sessions to accommodate work schedules. After training completion, we provide certification cards, documentation for your records, and follow-up resources. We'll schedule renewal training before certifications expire and can modify programs based on your experience and changing needs.

We primarily serve the Greater Omaha area including Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, and surrounding communities within a 50-mile radius. Our Omaha location allows us to provide convenient on-site training at your facility or host classes at our training center. We've expanded services to Lincoln, Grand Island, and other Nebraska cities for larger training contracts. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond our standard service area, but we're happy to discuss options for multi-day training programs.
